Justin Wenz
With over 15 years in the restaurant industry, from fine dining to fast-paced casual kitchens, Justin brings both technical expertise and heartfelt purpose to his work. Growing up in a family-owned restaurant and earning his ServSafe certifications early on, he developed a deep respect for the craft and culture of hospitality.

Living gluten- and dairy-free for nearly a decade, Justin knows firsthand how challenging dining out can be for guests with food sensitivities. He founded Allerwise Consulting to bridge that gap; helping restaurants better understand allergens, refine their substitutions, and elevate the dining experience for every guest.

Known for his collaborative approach and passion for cooking, Justin partners closely with clients to strengthen their teams’ confidence in allergen safety, creating kitchens where care, flavor, and inclusivity thrive. His mission is simple: to make eating at restaurants less of a hassle - and more of a joy - for everyone.
